This adds a parallel upload flag that enables uploading multiple files in parallel. This is considerably faster for uploading many files.

This adds a parallel upload flag that enables uploading multiple files in parallel. This is considerably faster for uploading many files.
This flag keeps the same behavior, that the first failure will exit and fail the whole job. However it's written in a way that we can add options to retry on error and/or "upload-as-much-as-possible", ie. collect errors and show them at the end.
